As for those people with Verizon iPhone:
I'm pretty sure Verizon got a copy of 4.3.1 and decided not to release it for their customers. It's usually up to the carrier to test and okay any OS on their network. Verizon has always been the slowest in doing so; it's probably a good thing because the OS on their phones are for the most part very solid.

This is why you can never say which computer is "best" At work my pc is tons better than a mac, because I can run ProEngineer (a solid modeling program). At home, my mac is best, because of imovie, itunes, the os, and .mac, etc

Well the looks and the battery life just led me to put in my order for a 2GB silver model :)
I can't wait for this thing to arrive and meet it's substantially larger sibling, (powerbook).
My only worry is that it won't work well in my nike+ armband, does anyone know if it does?

Interesting rumor, who knows if really true. 3D just isn't that widely accepted yet. I have enjoyed looking at some of the 3D TVs at Best Buy very much, but I wouldn't buy one!

I think this put the nail in the coffin on the headless desktop between the iMac and the Mac Pro.
The only things that bugs me (probably because I bought a Mac Pro) is that the iMacs come standard with 1GB and a comparable card. Makes me wish they went at least 2GB and a 7600GT. But oh well.
Considering they added a 24" iMac, what are the chances that they will move the 23" ACD to 24"?

Is it for ipad also? I currently have my macbook in for repair, could i update in with my friend's pc who has itunes in the meantime?
it's for iPad 1 & 2 also, you can update via another computer.... when it asks about erase and sync on friends computer just hit cancel

... I think it's safe to assume the 'Mac Pro' is not getting a case redesign. It says 64 bit on the poster -- that is new, so we can assume everything else on the poster is up to date.

yes I do ... and I am 100% in support ... I would be more than willing to pay more taxes if Canada increased our spending to bring us more on par with the US.

Correct , that building is run entirely on batteries, but you can only work in it for a maximum of 10 hours:-)
It's right across from the Droid building where they only work 3 hours. That's why that group has a hard time catching up in OS development.
