Hi,
My current status is
I currently work for Company A (on H1B) and Company B is processing my GC (EB2, I140 approved; I485 in process) .
This month, I found a new job with Company C which I have to join on EAD (they don't do H1Bs). Also, in this month's bulletin, my PD became current. I had a few concerns/questions
1) Could the change in employment trigger any flags since I am changing companies and this is a future employment GC case (though its almost 3 years since the I-485 was filed)
2) What do you suggest I do since its so close? I waited all this time just not to complicate things (and remain on H1) but then as soon as have to start work on EAD, the date also becomes current (which I am definitely very happy about ) but now since both these events are so close, I am not sure what to do.
3) What other things are there to keep in mind in case of a future employment case?

Our Application was also received by M.Salcedo at TSC on August 2nd. We got all our receipts on October 1st. When I checked the status online for 765, the status showed - 'Card Production Ordered'

On May 1, 2006, hundreds of thousands of immigrants around the country demonstrated against a restrictive immigration bill introduced in Congress. This weekend, similar demonstrations will occur around the US. I'll be attending my 20th law school reunion in Chicago this weekend and am hoping to attend that rally. I'd really rather be at the one in Phoenix and look forward to hearing reports from there.

16th congressional district - volunteers needed
Calling for Nor Cal volunteers in the 16th congressional district.

We were given advice to meet with Hon. Zoe Lofgren the congresswoman for this district. As we as being an immigration attorney, she is Chairperson of the Subcommittee on Immigration, Citizenship, Refugees, Border Security, and International Law.
We need to visit her!

Spouse currently on EAD travelling on AP.
Her H1 is expiring soon.
Will there be any issues while comming back to USA if the H1 gets expired?
(not interested in maintaining the H1 as she is not primary)

Please provide a ready reckoner on AC21. Like the basics. This would help lot of people trying to switch employers including me. I know there were memos written by Yates and other lawyers. Your real experience on this matter always counts and helps people.

I received an I-485 RFE for me and my spouse on July 28th. For the primary applicant it was Employment verification letter (currently dated letter from employer describing duties,position and salary info) and for my wife it was about proof of bonafide marriage.
My attorney replied to RFE on Aug 6th with necessary evidence and EVL.
Online status for both of us changed today Aug 10th from RFE SENT to RESPONSE TO RFE RECEIVED AND CASE PROCESSING RESUMED.
Hope this info is helpful in estimating time for people in similar situations.

You can export the cube with only the outlines and then export the cube without the outlines and just the fill. Incorporate both animations into Flash, and you should be able to manipulate them both as you choose.

At which center should I apply for AP renewal?
Can I e-file for AP?
What is the difference between Paper filigng and e-filing?.

Hi,
My Priority date is Jun 2006/EB2 India. After the Aug bulletin I'm now afraid that my priority date might get current next month.
My concern is that I might be getting married in the near future and I don't want to deal with an immigration nightmare for my spouse. At the same time I don't want to rush a decision like getting married based on USCIS priority dates. Is there anyway I could delay my GC adjudication for 3-4 months to get some more time ...

We contacted the USCIS and they are not willing to disclose any information about the notice. They simply say they will resend it. That might take a long time.

HI,
I am in my 7th yr extension of H1B, last time I got the stamping in Ottawa in 2005. I cam e into US on F1 and never got H1B stamping in India. Am I eligible for H1B stamping in Canada for my 8th year or should I go to India to get the stamping done.
