Hi,
Can we apply for a new EAD/AP after they expire?
If so, what is the difference b/w applying for an extension vs. a new one in terms of fees/documents/photos/etc.?
The reason being I already spent $1000 for EAD/AP last yr. but never used it, and now I have bear all H1 (extension) expenses as well as employer sucked all my blood & is after my limbs after 8 years of slavery. On top of that has stopped paying salary since April.
Hence I am trying to cut corners whenever wherever possible. Any responses or help greatly appreciated.

Hi Firas,
Expression Blend can be used if you are creating an application that uses XAML for the visuals such as one created in WPF or Silverlight. The logic can be done in C#. Therefore, the answer to your question is "BOTH - if you are planning on building your application in WPF or Silverlight".

Hi,
Can one apply for Admission in US University while one is on Visit Visa in USA ?
If yes, will he/ she get I-120 while staying in US ? or one has to leave USA to get I-120, apply for f1 visa and then come on that visa ?

Illegal non-immigrants did the rally to local USCIS offices. It would be good if we pick one day in 2nd week of July and have a rally to local USCIS offices. This will immediately catch the media attention.

Hi guys,
I got as well the unlucky audit like almost 80% of the people filing for a PERM.
My L1 visa is expiring on May 14th and the PERM audit reply was on Jan 28th and based on the current cases pending, I will hearing back from Atlanta sometimes between July-August.
I also applied for the H1-B and get approved but it is starting on Oct-1st,2008
1.- Can I stay "out-of-status" based on the INA 245 that "allow us to stay up to 180 days because change of status in process"?
2.- This changes of status process is valid only when you file the I-485 or for anyone already starting GC process like PERM in process?
3.- If I need to come back to my country and get the H1-B stamped, Do I loose the current PERM even if it get aproved or can I use the same PERM once aproved and apply for I-140/I-1485 concurrently (because EB-2 category) no matter I 'll have a different Visa H1-B instead of L1-B stated in the PERM?

I think you need to reapply for H1 again (unless you are transferring your visa category to H4).

Hi, I have a query regarding the opt to h1b process ,the answer means a lot to me.
I am getting my h1b filed through a desi consultancy in the coming april in premium category.I am on opt and it has its validity till jan 2009.I will be giving interviews for a couple of finance firms in may/june in which i will most likely get one.now my point is i know i can change my job to this new company in june/july since i am on opt .I will take my h1b papers with me but come october i will get into h1b status.will it be a problem for me to remain in the new company which i shifted to, do i have to get back to my old company till i get atleast two pay stubs on h1b or is there any way to continue working in my new fin company without any trouble.the pay slips which i would have got during the months before i shifted jobs will they be suffiecient to get my h1b transfered to the new company.
Gurus pls throw some light. it is really very important for me.

India/EB3/PD:Sep2003/I140 Approved.

I completed FP appointment last week (Wednesday), but LUD has not changed since then.
Also EAD status changed twice (before undergoing FP) it said Card Production Ordered. Today it changed to Approval Notice sent.
Questions:
1. Is there any relation between FP and EAD ? (e.g. Prints appear on EAD etc)
2. Is that the right sequence in change of status:
"Card Production Ordered" followed by "Approval Notice Sent".

Hi,
My labor was denied first time through PERM(December 2005) and later after refiling, it got approve through PERM ( Applied on May 2006)
Now Can I use my first labor filing date as the priority date(Decmber 2005) or they will take the new date(May 2006).
I have I-140 Approved.
